    It might just be the phone not being able to load the pictures. How old is your phone?
    Your storage might just be full too.

    It’s not my phone. I have the iPhone 8. I asked some other people if they had this issue and some said that they did

    Hi Swift169_TS89,

    Make sure that you have enough room on your device to support Marvel Contest Of Champions. If you do have enough room and the issue persists. Please try reinstalling MCOC to see if the issue continues.
