SP2 Not Firing

Since the new update, I’ve noticed on three separate occasions my SP2 is not firing correctly. The screen will turn dark (like all specials), my 2 bars of power will be removed, and my champ doesn’t fire a special. Consequently, my champs were intercepted on one occasion, hit with a heavy on the other two occasions.

This happened during arena. I was using Dorm, Howard, and Hype.
