Business tip for Kabam

I saw the mail for the 5* Shard offer, and was interested. I need some T2 alphas desperately and that number would have nudged me over the line for an R4 5*. Just what I’m after.
So I go and look in the normal place, not there.....I scour the rest of the screens. Not there. I then assume it is something linked to the new update, which for me is not in the App Store. I try several times during the day but get nowhere. In fact I have only manage to update a couple of hours ago.
Needless to say the offer is gone.
So business tip time Kabam. If you are going to offer a deal for people at the same time that you are doing an update then make sure the update is robust and they can actually buy the deal.
At least you saved me some cash.

My suggestion would be to make the deal timer start only when the player logs into the game. That way they will have a chance to get it just as much as those who get there early.
