I have entered my game name ("EvilSymbioteX") for both the Groot and Carnage 2* Hero redemption rewards in Marvel Insider, but neither has come in to my account!

    Groot should be coming soon, and Carnage well you still have a month before you get your reward.

    I'm starting to think some people just don't read the words and dates, there's been a lot of threads about insider.

    Most of the time the answers are on the site and in the description, it also gives you the dates for when you get your points and rewards.
