AW tier issue

This is my first time posting... If im on the wrong thread sorry...

Here's the issue... We started aw for tier 11 rewards with a prestige of 986 (-36 if we lose + 35 maybe if we win) sadly we lost and we were surprised to see our alliance went down to tier 18 and prestige is 686, is that normal? If yes, i rest my case. Im not sure how reward tiers works and all.

    Submit a ticket to support, and they will give u a response as to why. Sounds like u guys got hit with a 300 point penalty.

    Sounds like someone got caught cheating and your alliance was penalized

    Some of your allaince got caught hacking in war and that's a repercussion of it, many administrators have commented on this type of situation.

    Also In extreme circumstances of widespread cheating and hacking they could take your entire war rating away and set it to 0
