Need Chat enhancements

Over 2 years ago, I was banned from chat for recruiting in global. I guess I posted the same request for new team members too often. So now I am banned for life from chat.

MY REQUEST

Ban me from global but allow me to chat 1:1 with others in the game. as an officer, I cannot respond to in game chat messages from potential new members. Now in Dugeons, I cannot chat their either. It cannot be that hard to ban me from global and allow me to chat elsewhere...or grant me a pardon from my past sin of recruiting in global and allow me to chat again.

    as a second comment, I have made several requests to normal kabam support asking for this but just get the stock answer of you are banned for life from chat and that there is nothing they can.

    @Kabam Miike you always seem to be the guy with the answers, can you help?
