I install the game I open the game I see a black screen on the screen and do not open help

The forums are probably not going to get you anywhere, I would use this to submit a ticket to Kabam and try and get someone to resolve it.

But if you don't want to do that then updating your post to include your device OS and specs would definitely help someone help you. Good luck

Make sure power button is in On position and your eyes are not closed.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. What device are you playing on? Seeing a blank or black screen when you start the game may be related to playing on an unsupported device.
