Unused Locked champions in dungeon

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have 3 5 stars and today all three were on cool down when I went to do dungeons, and I havent done any at all. Yesterday they were even in separate runs, and this greatly harms my chances of maxing milestone...

    How is this a bug when you knew there was a cooldown?
