4 very experienced killers looking for a new home

I am the former leader of a 14 mil alliance. Gave it up because too many folks stopped caring and fighting for one another at once. Three of my brethren, and myself, are looking for a new alliance where we can play in a laid back way, help the team reap rewards, and help individuals grow in the game. All of our profile ratings range from 340K to over 600K.
Stipulations:
1) You can't take one of us without taking all of us. If you don't have room for 4, don't ask.
2) At least two of us will have to be made officers. I can't have my people going to a place where they know no one without representation, and I put in the direction of the alliance.
3) We all have to be in the same BG.
