Question to Kabam regarding the Infinity Dungeon

Hi everybody and welcome in the Jacka... i mean Hello fellow Summoners/Kabam employee.
More than one day passed with this infinity dungeon, and there is still zero answer for the questions of the community.
A mod said to me (when he warned me, muhaha) that merging threads help them, to collect every single information regarding the "issue", and it's easier to them to answer for everything.
Based on this, we're (i think i'm not alone) waiting for the answers, but we get 0. The only information what we get is that if we raise the prestige, we can move into the upper bracket (of course we get this after the community found this out... ).
My question is still the same dear mods/dev team/etc....
Why i'm a new, unexperienced player (becouse THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE SAYING!!) with multiple r4 5* and 6*, and with 490k rating.
Are you serious that players with these ratings (you can found a lot picture in the merged threads
) aren't good enough to get a 5* awakening gem?
This concept (infinity dungeon) is a very very very good idea,it has a very big potential.
But in this way, you will only lose your customers; your players and screw everything up.
You should thank to your players that you have a job, becouse without customers there is no market, no income, no salary, no job.
So I'm asking you one more time, give us answers, and communicate with us.
