Purchased the daily special and the items were not added to my account

I bought the mystic daily special and even though I received the Google Play payment confirmation, the items have not been added to my account. I have restarted the app and tried it on two different devices, still no luck.

I need the 4tcc shards to use during the mystic rank-up event so a speedy response would be greatly appreciated :)
