Dexterity Activating Parry?

Hey there,
I didn't manage to get any videos of this happening but I'll try, but multiple times when I activated dexterity the proc would come up on the screen but I would lose health (almost like I blocked it instead). Then while fighting a BPCW I used dexterity when he went for a medium forward attack and it parried him and inflicted a stun on him which reversed back to me. I'm not sure if anyone else here has had this issue but a coworker experienced the same issue while using dexterity against MODOK's SP1, he got the proc but took damage.

WiFi, Fiber, 882 mbps down, 933 mbps up
Issues occurred in the infinity dungeon
Node consisted of heal block
I was fighting with X-23
My initial discovery occurred yesterday the modok occured today.
