Uncollected, 7 4r5s, and can't buy a 5* crystal

Will you sell me the chance to purchase the 5* crystal? How is a 4* going to help my progression to clear Act5?

At least make the cutoff prestige or uncollected... I'm doing the uncollected event each month.

This must be a bug to only be offered 4*.

Same, I am uncollected but my prestige is "too low". It is stupid. I agree 100%. Idc about the milestones but I want the 5 star.

I call bs. My wife has 1 5* r4, 3 5* r3 and a small handful of 4* r5 and she’s able to buy the 5* crystals. Although she has the 5k milestone.
