×2 Multiplier not working in dungeon even if we decided to conclude

in Bugs and Known Issues
We finished room 6 on level 4 doungen and then conclude.. current points showing 2158 and box says if we conclude the fight then ×2 points wl be added to yr current score.. but we didnt get double points..m i missing anything? Anyone else face this problems?

    If you finish the next room you get 2x the points. You conclude on One Number, fail next room, keep half of that number, pass next room, double it. Shame chat doesn't work, so I can't get into many, because as it is, its a decent game type.
