Hello, i was hoping an admin could help, i recieved an in game mail for shards, but nothing was attached9mvg6zzpu1qb.png

    The problem im running into is i did not get the shards promised and am not sure what to do

    Just as further proof, you can see this was just a regular mail unlike the one above shows a chest icon and had an attachment u4x1f6p9n3vj.png
