Mordo regenerating health?

Can someone tell if Mordo can regen too? I fought a 5 star Mordo unduped at r3 on thorns with max MD with Widow at sig 99 maxed and he was regening quite a bit. Was to preoccupied fighting but i thought i saw him regening more than 300+ a tic. Thanks in advance.

    After his sp3, he gains 3 fury buffs. He has up to 45% chance to replace each of those fury buffs in to a regen buff.

    Might even be the user activated parry
