il2CPP extracting resources issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
It was told that this was a storage problem and i needed at least 1 GB free to run the app, however, i have almost 2 GB of free storage and i cant even get to the loading screen.
Can someone help me? i would appreciate a lot.
