Why?

Sometimes, I play the game while I'm out. I go into a place with a bad data connection, and I lose connection to the game. This in itself isn't a problem, but what happens after is. When I go back into the game, I get to resume the fight I was doing when I got timed out. But my champion keeps the health it lost during the fight, while my opponent goes back up to full health. This is really annoying and has forced me to use items on a few occasions.
