Bugged Grandmaster Crystal

I used 600 units to purchase 3 Grandmaster Crystals back-to-back and received the same exact 3* Cable champion every time. Based on the in-game 89% chance for a 3* listed for this crystal, and the number of possible 3* champions available in this crystal (105), there is only a ((0.89)x(1÷105))^3 = 0.000000609% (1 out of 1,642,036) chance of this happening. Given this profoundly unlikely situation, I feel that this behavior of the crystal is highly suspect, and possibly even bugged--and is resulting in players like myself wasting time and money on these crystals that seem to be listing false percentage chances. Can you please investigate this.
