Rift shards missing from alliance events

Do we know why rift shards were removed from the last 3 day alliance event of the month? If they had also removed them from daily events I could understand it...but removing it from alliance events appears to be a malevolent act by Kabam.

Feel free to point me to another post that already discusses this error and how Kabam will correct it.

Because they’re focusing on the big event for next month now with the dungeons and everything

not a error, read the mail they send to you. Events were scheduled to do this. If you made plans based of your assumptions that's on you, not kabam.
