Hmmmm if u go to rewards of the 4 star arena thing and go all the way down it shows (4 star crystal -x4,000)

    Is a visual bug. It still says that they are premium hero crystal shards

    It's just a visual bug - click on it and it still correctly shows 4,000 PHC shards
