Rogue not reducing all debuffs

Today when fighting Gwenpool I was hit with her L1 incinerate which lasted the full 14 seconds there was passive reduction by Rogue

Also, she does not reduce taunt duration against stark enhanced Spider-Man. At first I thought this was as intended but when fighting groot he shrugs it off faster, so what gives

If Gwenpool had even one hit on you, thats a small reduction in accuracy, but a possible reduction. Could have nullified rogue's ability.

I had Rogue not shrug off the stun from Yellow Jacket. I fight him on unbockable L1 religiously. I get tagged here and there but i bring Rogue for that exact reason, it was a full stun this time and i died.

This happens when any incinerate debuff, from any hero, is placed on Rogue.

She is not able to reduce the duration of incinerate and shock debuffs, since she was introduced to the game.
That kind of information mislead of her description ability, its says: "Kree Psicology decreases the duration of debuffs in 70%".
