Odd Ghost Rider against Civil Warrior bug [More Info Needed]

This was a fight against CW in 3.1 in Master Quest.
First, I got the life steal judgement against CW. I didn't even think it proced because I didn't get an icon.
Second, when I did start to hit him, I was gaining health. It wasn't doing it on every hit, which should be correct as armor ups on CW reduce offensive abilities.
Third, it lasted a very long time. Even with the other judgements stacked, I've never seen it last so long. I eventually died, but was able to snap that screenshot right before I bit the dust.

    Hey there @Madman_marvin. I just spent a good bit of time trying to duplicate this, and I wasn't able to reproduce it. Has it happened again since then? Also, if it happens again, would you be able to capture a video? Thanks!

    I've tried twice to replicate but have been unsuccessful. Trying to get a recording of it.
