Clarification regarding Account Sharing

Hopefully before this gets shot down, I hope the moderator would read it first, thanks
I posted in the forum a question to clarify about account sharing, 2 weeks ago, but a moderator just shoot me down and just laid down a general statement that didn't really answer my question. Now a new announcement came out regarding account sharing and this made me confused again.

I have a cousin 7 years old doesn't have an account, doesn't have a phone or device, he plays Marvel Contest of Champions using my phone with my logged-on account, which technically I didn't give my cousin the username and password, I just let him play the game.

In a literal sense I allowed someone to play the game and according to that new announcement and the terms of service that it is not allowed.
However, I am also just entertaining my 7 year old cousin, wouldn't this be a consideration?

PS: On a funny side note. One time on his first time I let him play in the alliance war, all my 4 star ranked 4 characters are wiped out, cause he doesn't block, nevertheless parry and evade.

PS2: Contrary to the announcement, I can't have my 7 year old cousin finish missions for me, cause he doesn't know the complex controls of this game. I just let him play the easy ones though.

If you hand him your device to play on they would never know. Unless you posted this.

What you are doing is against TOS.

Their statement earlier was just to say they will be more strict with account sharing in AW.

What you are saying is literally account sharing by the rule. I don't see how you don't think it would be.

That being said, how would they know? just dont post about it.
