Kabam balance is still off kilter

I'm just giving feedback where I think it is needed. The game is still off kilter and there seems to be a lack of understanding of how to balance the dynamic well.
The dungeon system is a wonderful addition to the game, but it's off-kilter. Why is it off kilter. Primarily because Kabam fails to understand how to balance rewards with effort spent in time and skill events. The dungeon is pretty well designed but it requires so much time to play to get the proper score to achieve all milestones it's nigh impossible if you have a weak roster, or if you are using a sub-standard device. Dungeon 5/6 room 3 is the sweet spot for gaining the most points for the minimal effort. It required great gameplay and minimal time. It essentially aggregates the best players together and helps the rich get richer. I'm actually okay with this. But the bar is set way too low and not balanced for the other side of the spectrum.
With those same champs, you used for Dungeon 5/6, you can also run three Dungeon 3 and use low level 1* or 2* to fill the other two spots. You'd need to spend a lot of time to grind up to room 7/8/9 to earn over 1000 points. But 3 runs like this earn 3000 points or essentially the same score the dungeon 5/6 gets you when you **** out in room 3/4/5. You trade time for skill. I think this is reasonable. However, Kabam missed the boat when they also used prestige to set different milestone endpoints.
Kabam needs to really start thinking about having the same milestones for all events regardless of prestige. And focus more on trading time and effort in playing balanced with skill and device specs for optimal play. When this balance is right, everyone is happy, and the stronger players still get to level up faster because they invest their time and effort to be great at the game. And others can also keep up if they just spend the time to grind it out. It just feels fair to everyone that plays, and no one is left with the feeling, I have the time, but I don't have the milestone available.
I have a huge roster but do not have a high prestige. I would be one that could grind time in Dungeon 3/4 over and over and achieve the higher milestones available to the 5500 prestige players. It would allow me to catch up. But Kabam has a habit of always making the race a bit too hard to ever catch up. If you fall back, there is no way to catch up, unless you pay out of your pocket. This is bad policy for building loyal players in my opinion
