Problems connecting and logging in to mcoc

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi i have been having problems and issues for days trying to login. Once i open mcoc it immediately shows problem connecting to server please connect to server i have internet and Wi-Fi but nothing . So what is the reason for this problem and how can it be solved please

    If you are seeing a connection error since updating to the 18.0 version of the game, it may be related to a known issue. If you can, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if it helps resolve the issue.
