20% bonus battle chips?

I'm going to try this again. I've noticed I am not getting the 20% battle chip bonus when fighting 4*s in arena. I get the bonus against 3*s and 5*s. Can a mod look into this. Those extra 6 chips add up quick!

Normal payout when fighting a 4* is 30 BCs and 100 gold. So +20% should be 36 BCs and 120 gold.
Normal payout when fighting a 5* is 40 BCs and 150 gold. So +20% should be 48 BCs and 180 gold.

I'm playing on an iPad Air2 running iOS 10.3.2
