Missing donation

Can you please fix this issue
I donate 405k of gold and 12.5k loyalty im my alliance after of reconnect its not showing my donation in alliance

    Hey Kalbo2007, please perform a force restart of your device and check once more if any of your Alliance donations are showing.

    If one donation is showing but not the other, it could be linked to an issue which we're currently investigating, and an update will be provided in THIS thread.

    If none of the donations are showing, I recommend that you contact our Support team for further assistance. They will be able to review your account activity and the exact details of these donations, allowing them to address your concerns. You can submit a Support ticket by clicking on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the game's Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
