Could you please drop the requirement of having to complete heroic in order to master? I don't care about legend titles, I don't even want to run the same quest three times. Only reason doing heroic is somewhat useful is because you don't provide t1a/t4b and are forced into running all levels. And don't charge 300-400 units to skip heroic either...that's just dumb.
