When u have spended enuf Kabam putting a "luck charm" over ur acc and from there u will get champs u desire

Your best chance is pretty much luck. Assuming you're talking about the Spiderman (Stark Enhanced), just keep trying with those crystals; you'll eventually get one. :-)

Now, 5* champs are more tricky. You have to do areas (meh) or work on the events. I have been getting them from completing rank rewards etc, but you'll get there eventually. It is definitely a process.
