Strongest champion to the front in team preview?

I noticed whenever you place a female champion in the team, she is always placed in the front in team preview before starting a quest. This is a minor thing, but personally I'd like to see my strongest champ in the front and not female champ just because she's a female champ. Current practise feels a bit outdated and patronizing, and makes me wonder about the logic behind it.

Could be order you place them into team. Like even tho you have 5 you switch one and that new switch cause him to go to 2nd right or something like that
I have to say this is a strange post/complaint. But I tried a few combinations and I think they arrange it by champ size to make sure you can see all of the champs properly. I had Magik in the front when she had 4 male champs with her. When I swapped one of the males for Rocket Raccoon...he ended up being in the front spot. When I went with 4 males and She-Hulk (one of the larger scale champs)...She-Hulk was not in the front, one of the males was.
But it is a really strange thing to focus on, and I think you may be reading too much into this...
LOL the struggle is real
XXXL (sentinel)
XXL (Hulks, Duck, Buster, Jug…)
XL (tall guys Ultron, Groot, Morningstar...)
L (Luke/Colossus sized and floaters)
M (average Iron Man, Blade, Cyclops)
S (spiders somehow)
XS (average females… no Shulk/M-Star)
XXS (Raccoon and Modok)
Edit: it’s basically working on the same premise as taking a class picture. Not inherently patronizing given that the characters are in what’s perceived as “above-peak condition” which means different things between genders (at least in comics).
