Submit to Thanos

What does the ingame message about submitting to Thanos’ will mean? Is it like during GOTG Vol 2 where we had the button and if you pushed it right away you got some rewards but if you never pushed it you got a better reward? Never saw anything about this in the original forum post when they released the info for new stuff in 18.0.
