Today I fought against Thor ragnarok in the dungeons. I had locked his power (yes the power lock symbol was present) and upon him reaching his 20th hit he gained power as normal. It was 1 of the first hidden champs so no nodes were affecting abilities. It was just a big plain old bug. Could you guys look into this please.

    Which power lock? The one where they’re at 0 power or from a special 2 or 3 where it’s a debuff and not passive. The passive lock isn’t a lock as such, it just means they gain no power when you attack. After Thor ragnarok is hit 20 times, he gets a passive power gain. If you was using the power lock from sp2 or 3 then it’s bugged and not working as intended. If he was at 0 power and only had the passive ‘lock’ on him then he will still gain power. Power gain is not prevented by that.
