Item display issue - showing different items from what they actually are

I have major item display issues after the 18.0 update. Many of the items in the expiring stash are showing different items from what they actually are. For example, it would show a T4 catalyst when it is actually a T2 catalyst. The actually item will be shown after I switch around the item tab type (Rewards, Catalysts, ISO-8, Items), but sometimes the wrong items will be shown again when I go back to the home screen and click the expiring stash. The issue happens with any item type.

    Same here ended up selling items I didn’t need to from my stash. Because the symbols are switched around sometimes.
