AW +/- changed/bugged

Usually when facing an alliance with a higher war rating the + is higher than the - and vice versa for facing a lower rated alliance.

Our current +/- is 50/63 yet we are 2298 rating and our opponent is 2312, surely we should gain more points from winning against a stronger opponent.

They definitely changed something with matchmaking and the +/- for season 2. Of course, they fully disclosed it to us...because, you know, transparency.
