    Anyone remember @Kabam Miike updates when they changed AW to this map? No more Thorns.... Nodes with unstoppable damage. Etc...... Then throw in his defending the scoring changes, saying their was too much pressure on people attacking because fear of getting killed and hurting your team.

    Much different now. Must go 100% and not die. Fight nore people with only 1 person as backup.
    Starburst, bane, Buffet (using inflated health). He was right still no Thorns. Instead we have all these new champs that cause damage as you hit them plus go unstoppable and unblockable.

    @Kabam Miike you should be next press secretary at Whitehouse.

    Starburst used to be hard to handle because we were using 4/40s and 5/50s to handle the degen. Now with R4s and R5s, the degen is really really negligible.

    Bane can be countered with skill and adjusting your fighting style to fit the timer. It's only hurts when you slip up. Isn't that what the community has been asking for? More "skill" based fights instead of unavoidable damage like Cold Snap?

    Buffet on 24 isn't too hard to handle now. There are so many counters now, AA Void Gully and to a certain extend, Blade.

    Which node amongst all those you've listed makes them go unstoppable and unblockable? If you're talking about Killmonger then it's the same thing, adjusting your playstyle, which requires skill.

    The theory is rather than putting in new node to bar the 'unskilled' majority out, but to compete in a moderate node condition, that judging by the performance of each fight in AW, giving a chance that lower tier can challenge the high tier. which makes the season more interesting & promising

    Demanding more skill for upcoming new node to raise the bar in AW is the WALL that high tier alliance willing to maintain to the majority that lower tier alliance with R3-R4 champions has less chance to challenge their position in the season...

    So don't put this to skill level base, compete is no guilty, but i can not imagine with a unbuffed R3 X23 can easily win a buffed R4 Modok with bane and stun immune.
