I recently dupped my 4* Scarlet Witch and also have a 5* Ghost Rider undupped, i mainly use Ghost Rider for the sinergy with Blade and he is at 2/35, and Scarlet Witch is at 4/40 sig. lvl 50.

Ghost Rider is more difficult to master. But he is more useful with all of his utility and heals.
