Locked characters in Allience war

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hi, I took part in an alliance war, not realising what it was, and then as it finished my characters continued to be locked. I left my alliance hoping that my champions would be unlocked, but they were not. I have been recommended by someone to refere to you for help, @Ad0ra_

    Hi Capsss,

    I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Champions. If the war was over, the Champions should have been unlocked. If they are still appearing as locked, please reach out to our support team for assistance. You can reach them by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support" under the Account header.

    Ok, that do apear to still be locked, so I will do just that.
