Kabam isn't Marvel or Disney, so it's more complicated than that.

Kabam is not a marvel owned company. Kabam just does not have the full legal rights to the FF.

That doesn't change the fact that it'd be as simple to get FF as it was the mutants. Fox only owns the MOVIE rights. Not the entire IP. Kabam just needs to reach out to Marvel and ask.

You do realise they are not Marvel. Fox is not Marvel. FF does not fully belong to Disney, so they are not 100% Marvel anymore.
