About arena Bots

It was like yesterday, you posted some warnings about using bots. Yet there are still tons of players who are using those stuff. There are people I know in the flesh who have been using bots for more than a year.

No penalties, no perm. or temp. bans for them.
Can u imagine the amount of credits and gold they obtained in 1 year? Thousands, millions...

I'm a 3 year player. Always tried to stick to your rules but this isn't fair, this game is mostly about competition right? Alliance wars, quests...

You are responsible for this Kabam.

You are responsible for this Kabam.

If you see a cheater, discreetly report them. Account sharing is one thing but bots are most certainly another. The former can be circumstantial (AW piloting is exceptional and should be cracked down upon) and perhaps could be ignored but bots are a no no. You don't expect Kabam to know every single modder or bot used out there across millions of players, I'm no programmer or game Dev but even I know that, that is an act of God in this field. So for once if I may, blame them less and help them more report these Modders and bot users and with proof too and I'm sure they do take action on these things.

Anyone else notice the cutoff for 5* arena dropped from 39+ mil and 40+ mil to 14+ mil and 30+ mil after account sharing penalties were handed out? To think that missing out of on Hyperion by 4-5 mil was more than double enough to win Corvus Glaive.

There's a difference between bots and mods. Mods can range from 1 punch ko to ai not fighting back to sliders on damage, and all points in between. Bots autofight arenas but can lose, since most aren't going to risk using 1 punch mod and, by definition, ai needs to be fight enabled to "autofight". In both scenarios, cooldown still applies, so even with bots guys still have to use units to recharge. In any case, it is VERY difficult to sniff out someone binge-botting and recharging in anything other than 36 hours straight, as someone can set it to run in 4 hour intervals with a 1 hour break over 3 days and rack up points. In theory...

It's easy to see who uses arena bots by looking at the alliance arena event ranking leaderboard. Top spots should not go to alliances whose majority of players have rosters of <100 champions and PvP streaks of 10-50.

Hey The21st, we're always looking into any possible exploits of the game and truly appreciate it when players report anything suspicious that they notice in the Contest. If you have come across a player who you feel may be cheating, please report this to our Support Team.

You can submit a Support ticket by tapping on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.

In your email, please try to include as much of the the following information as possible:

    - Date and time that this occurred
    - Name of the suspected player and their Alliance name
    - A detailed description of any strange behaviour you noticed
    - Any relevant screenshots or videos

An investigation will then be conducted to determine if any form of cheating has occurred, and if necessary, appropriate actions will be taken to punish the offending player. Due to our privacy policy however, we will be unable to provide you with any details regarding the result of the investigation.

If you would like more information on cheating and player conduct, you can find it HERE.

Thank you in advance for helping us out by reporting anything you see that may be a violation of our Terms of Service!
