Different summoner advancement ?

In my alliance the rewards for summoner advancement are different whereas in my friend's alliance the summoner advancement rewards are different. Why is that ?

    Summoner advancement rewards increase based on your alliance rating but points needed to unlock rewards also change
    Starting from 1mil rating you'll get 5* shards from SA but the points needed to unlock rewards will be increased

    If alliance rating is below 1m than we dont need any minimum points for unlocking rank rewards?

    No, you still need it, if I remember correctly, it's around 60k
