Missing and inconsistent calendar glitches

My log in calendars are off by separate days and according to other members of my alliance, I'm off by their calendars as well. I have screen shots of the month calendar and the uncollected calendar that's a day off. In addition, I've not received my grandmaster crystal from the last calendar conclusion, nor have other alliance members. We log on each and every day for this to be happening.a4cxjggw15kh.jpg
