Dungeon bugs? Mystic dispersion and defy pain?

Just played dungeon 6, noticed same as last week that some of the mystic defenders were power gaining like mystic dispersion in chunks when not being hit, is this intentional. I was using blade and sparky against magik noticed it once and against mephisto noticed it as well, the nodes weren’t relevant, I also noticed 3 times in this dungeon run that defenders took 2/3 hits to kill after they had hit 1%, whereas my hits were doing 2-5% damages before they hit 1%, anyone else notice these
I don’t imagine iOS and phone were the issue but seems to be a popular question so iPhone se on 11.3.1, wifi network
