I Can't Access To My Character

I've not played the game for a long time. So, yesterday i want to play it again and i download it. But when the loading screen appears, it just spinning and spinning and spinning. I thought it's normal the cause of game's size but after a few seconds a notice came out. It says something is wrong about my internet connection. I check it out but all bars were full. And then another massege baloon came and said "Problems connecting to network, please check your connection.". I changed my Wi-Fi connection to 3G and tried again but there is still a loading screen. I change the opening selection to "new game" and there was no problem with that. Besides, my other accounts are working too. Only that account have this problem. And this is my Google based account. I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Andorid version 6.0.1. Please help me, it was a great account.

    I had the exact same problem, I tried to access an old account and got the same error.
