Bug or not?

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was fighting Redhulk in arena. Was using Luke cage,Rhulk used his Sp3 on me and it took me down to 48% health. But when the animation was over all of a sudden my health went down to less than 10%?! It's like the "incinerate" damage was dealt all at once because I was not incinerated after his Sp3. This supposed to happen? Sorry I do not have video proof cuz idk how to do all that lol

    He had 10 charges. He did not incinerate me. More like the incinerate bugged out and just dealth all the damage instead of damaging me over time

    It becasse. He also have energy danmged. When he hit u and if it was a 10 heat. It Can deal 5k after the sp. It Not Call energy danmged but somtimg Els. Can speek it so and sry my bad english

    He deals a % of direct damage with heat charges activated.
