2.9 Mil Ally Looking for members or possible merge!

Hey Everyone,
Looking for a few loyal, active players for our ally. We are rebuilding, ready to mentor and grow.
You must be an active player. We do map 5x5, but depending on what rank members come in, we will lower and build up from there. We do war 2-3 times a week also. Minimum rank we are looking for in members to join is 150k, but negotiable. Our Ally have members' ranks ranging from 260k to 465k. So you need to be active and grow quickly.
