4* Hulk to R5 or 5* MODOK to R3? Both unduped. Need advice.

    I have hulk as 4 and modok as 5 as well..I went with modok, and I’d highly recommend that you do the same.

    He’s definitely one of the best, if not the very best defenders in war.

    His L1 is amazing. It doesn’t give power to the opponent, it reverses healing (pop iron man or ultron with this when they start to heal and they melt), and it doesn’t just stop power gain, it reverses it. When I used modok on Hyperion then hype can hardly ever get any specials off.

    His L2 does great damage and L3 varies, but L1 is where it’s at.
