Arena Champs Recharge Timer.

Hi, Ive been facing these issued in Arena:
1. Even after i click help on all my champs one by one, the minute I turn the game back on they show the "click to recharge" sign again.
2. The time shows champs will be available in 4 minutes, i check back in 15 minutes and it shows 22 minutes till recharge. Very very weird.
