Have AQ alliance specific boosts once a month to make things less boring.

Would be cool if once a month or so, Kabam could offer the whole alliance, boosts that lets the team attempt 1 higher map level than they normally could.
Just to change things up, since playing the same map over & over again gets pretty boring, and the alliance isn't strong enough yet to go to a higher map level.
