No INVITE TO DUNGEON option

This is my second time encountering this problem. I can't see any INVITE TO DUNGEON option which is supposed to be available all the time throughout this dungeon special event. It was there like all the time but not when I decided to play with a stranger. Like it knows how to annoy me at the right time.
@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit Need your supervision on this one 'cause it's damn annoying.

    Hi!

    In order to directly invite a player to a dungeon with you, they need to be on your friends list or be in your Alliance.
